BLake & rachel Schulze

Blake serves as CSHOP’s Director of Operations, overseeing many of the daily functions of the ministry and giving leadership to various departments within CSHOP. Blake has been a part of CSHOP since early 2010, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2013 with a degree in Business Finance. The Lord has called him into full time ministry: To establish a culture of prayer, train and disciple young people, and see the Gospel of Jesus spread across the nations.

 Chris Charles

In addition to being the Director of Operations, he is a regular worship leader, serves in the children’s ministry, helps instruct CSHOP's internships, serves in the campus ministry, and is pioneering various missional efforts, with a focus in the Middle East. Primarily, his heart and efforts are focused on Israel and the Jewish people. He has a desire to see people follow Jesus with wholehearted obedience and love Him with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. Therefore, he is giving himself to the work of full time ministry, so that God might receive worship from College Station and the next generation would be impacted with the hope of the Gospel.

Rachel first visited CSHOP in the fall of 2015 for an internship, and that is when she and Blake met and started dating. In 2016 she graduated from the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City, with a focus on children’s and youth ministry. Blake and Rachel got married in January 2017.

Rachel’s desire is to exalt Jesus through prayer and worship and to see the next generation step into their identity as priests before God. She carries a love for writing and teaching, and hopes to produce curriculum as a resource to the body of Christ and the house of prayer worldwide.

She is the Director of the Children's Equipping Center. She also serves on worship teams and various other capacities. She loves the opportunity to pour into young women and children and to see their lives transformed by the love of Christ.
